The weather is getting chilly so please gear up for outdoor exercise.
Please wear a base layer dri fit or wicking top. Cotton will hold moisture and you will have an unpleasant wet cold workout. The key is to dress in layers because you will warm up quickly. MUST HAVE ITEMS FOR FALL/WINTER BOOTCAMP

OPTIONAL - CROSS TRAINING SNEAKERS THAT DON'T HAVE ALLOT OF MESH
ALL THE ITEMS ABOVE MAKE YOUR WINTER TRAINING PLEASURABLE.
