This is an extremely efficient way to build strength, flexibility and muscular endurance. In addition we use Kettlebells, Free Weights, Glides, Jumpropes, BOSU, TRX, Medicine Balls, Stability Balls & Body Bars to really maximize your workout & take you to the next level. You burn anywhere from 600-1000 calories per session based on the intensity of the class.  See NEW January schedule below.

XTREME ABS – 30 MIN CLASS

This is a 30 min Tabata style class. This class targets the abdominals & lower back while adding cardio to help shed the fat surrounding the abs. OPEN TO ALL LEVELS.

 

TABATA BOOTCAMP – 30 MIN CLASS

This is a 30 min Tabata style class. 1 min of intensity followed by 20 secs of rest for 5 mins per exercise. We target the entire body using body weight & other fitness tools. Calisthenics & Drills are used to achieve optimal fitness. OPEN TO ALL LEVELS.

TRX BOOTCAMP W/ KETTLEBELLS, GLIDES & ROPES – 45 MIN CLASS

This class is a combo of TRX suspension training (http://www.trxtraining.com/learn/) ,Kettlebells,Glides & Jumprope. TRX builds lean muscle & extreme strength in the core muscles. Kettlebells are used for strength. Glides are used for core, lower body and aerobic. The Jump rope is aerobic. OPEN TO ALL LEVELS.

 

TABATA BOOTCAMP – 45 MIN CLASS

XTREME BOOTCAMP – ADVANCED – 45 MIN CLASS

This class is for ADVANCED participants. Its fast paced with calisthenics, fitness tools, drills. If you have taken Bootcamp for at least 3 months or are in great shape then you can try this class. Not recommended for anyone new to working out.
