Pace For Success Inc. creates a walk or run program designed for individuals or groups.

We offer various programs that will teach you proper walk or run techniques. We also offer Runner's Bootcamp, Mommy Bootcamp and interval training classes.

>>We will meet a set number of times each week and you will have a schedule to follow on the days that we do not meet with you. We have classes scheduled if you prefer single sessions to one of the programs.

>>We will go to shoe clinics to insure that you have the correct sneaker for your foot type.

>>You will learn all the fitness basics that will enable you to train for various events throughout the season.

>>You will learn stretching techniques as well as strength training. It is extremely important that you cross train so that we strengthen your body as we increase your endurance. This is where the Bootcamp classes come into play. We do calisthenics, drills and aerobic exercises to strengthen the entire body.

>>We will assess each person’s fitness ability and tailor a program to fit your lifestyle. Our program will progress you slowly so beginners are walking 3 days a week for 20 -30 minutes which is considered moderate exercise. Intermediate and advanced runners will have a schedule designed for them based on their level of fitness.

>>We will introduce speed once your body has become accustomed to the new program and we will increase the time spent on your feet. Studies have shown that moderate exercise 3 times a week promotes optimal health.

We offer one on one training, group sessions and corporate initiatives for various events throughout the Tri-State area. Our certified coaches are here to answer all your questions and hold your hand every step of the way. We recommend you get a doctor’s approval prior to starting any exercise regimen.
