WHAT ARE BOOTCAMP FITNESS SESSIONS?

We use aerobic and anaerobic exercises to maximize your performance if you are training for an event, interested in staying fit after an event, interested in getting strong before you start training or interested in losing excess weight.

We target the entire body and give special attention to the lower body and abs. The classes are geared toward people that want to get fit, lose pounds, lose inches, gain strength and endurance. Many runners have told me that they see a huge difference in their performance when they strength train versus not strength training. There are fewer injuries and improved speed and endurance when you combine aerobic and anaerobic exercise. Please bring 2 bottles of water to double as weights or bring a set of light 1lb-3lb weights. More advanced participants can bring 3lb-5lb weights. Also bring a towel or mat to lay on for abdominal work.
