Bootcamp sessions will be held in 4 week intervals. Discounted 4, 8 and 12 class packages are available & must be purchased prior to the start of each Bootcamp Session. Classes must be used within the 4 week period of the session and a maximum of 2 classes can be carried over to the next session once you purchase a new package. CANCELLATION POLICY CANCEL A CONFIRMED GROUP SESSION UP TO 7 HRS PRIOR TO THE START OF THE CLASS OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL COST OF THE CLASS. CANCELLATIONS FOR PERSONAL SESSIONS MUST BE DONE 24 HRS PRIOR TO THE START OF THE SESSION. |

CARRY OVER OF SESSIONS POLICY
You can carry up to 2 classes over to the next session once you purchase a new session. If you don't use all your sessions and don't purchase a new session, your sessions will expire on the last day of your current session. If you have a situation that occurs you can freeze your classes until you can take them

Personal 1 on 1 Bootcamp training sessions in Brooklyn costs $60.00 for a 45 minute session & $80.00 for a 1hour session. 1 on 1 Bootcamp training sessions in Manhattan costs a bit more. Please contact me for pricing. There is a 24 hr cancellation policy.

Virtual Training sessions are available on a monthly basis. I make up a monthly training calendar for you based on your schedule. I outline what exercises you do on various days. You have 7 day access to me via email & we have a weekly phone conversation to review your weekly progress. The goal is to keep you challenged and motivated. The Virtual program cost is $100.00 per month.
