We offer one on one training for individuals that want to stay in shape or want to train for an event. We meet once a week and offer virtual training. You will have a training program designed for you and we are available for any questions that you may have. Each week you wil have a minimum of 3 days that you will run which will include a long run, speed work and pacing. I will also give you Crosstraining exercises to strengthen We also offer information on injury prevention and various topics related to safe and healthy running or walking. We also help you maintain a fit and healthy lifestyle. Your program is tailored to you based on your fitness level, health, and schedule. These prices are for Brooklyn locations, training in Manhattan will be priced slightly higher. Single training sessions cost $65.00 per hour & 4 classes cost $255.00 and expire 45 days after purchase. Team in Training participants and alumni as well as Senior citizens & Jenny Craig clients recieve discounted rates on the Individual Training sessions. Please cancel no later than 12 hrs prior to the start of your session or you will be charged.Contact us for details. Please add an additional $50.00 monthly fee to create a calendar designed for you based on your schedule. This calendar will include running and strength training. I will include tempo runs, fartleks, speed work, hill repeats, interval training, strength training and calisthenics in your monthly calendar. Please contact us for further information.
